A familiar face around the Texas Capitol, she artfully divides her time between ensuring the Public Blueprint team consistently exceeds client expectations and leveraging her knowledge of the Texas Legislature to solve client challenges.
Prior to co-founding Public Blueprint with her husband David, she spent a decade working in and around the Texas Capitol, serving leaders in both chambers of the legislature and as a senior advisor at a major state agency.

A native Texan, Jose was born and raised in Houston. He got his start in politics while in college where he volunteered on various local and state campaigns and grassroots efforts as a member of the Young Conservatives of Texas.
